AUTHORIZATION FOR AUTOMATIC FUNDS TRANSFER (ACH):
The Merchant Bank is authorized to initiate or transmit automatic credit and/or debit and/or check entries to the account identified above and on the voided check supplied for this bank account. This settlement account, defined above, will automatically be debited for all service amounts owed under this Merchant Agreement. Said authorization is granted to the Merchant Bank's Processor and their agents. The transit routing and account number entered above MUST have ACH debit and credit capability and must match the information listed on the voided check provided with this application.
